Whether registering a new group or accepting an invitation to join a bridge group you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
We may make changes to these terms and conditions or our privacy policy - it is your responsibility to review them from time to time to ensure compliance. You also acknowledge that termination of your account may result from failure to abide by the terms set out below.
When you register as a member for the first time whether it be registration of a new group or accepting an invitation to join a bridge group you agree to using a valid email address. If you wish to alter your email address then you may do so on the Personal Details screen. You agree not to introduce another email address by way of registration of a new group or accepting to be a member of another group - if needs be, you can request that another invitation be sent to you with your nominated email address.
You agree not to share your login with another person. You take every reasonable measure to safeguard access to Bridge Among Friends by maintaining confidentiality of your password and/or changing it regularly.
You may use this program on any computer or mobile device so long as you are only logged onto one device at a time.
By accepting this License Agreement, you acknowledge that Kennedy Fox Pty Ltd retains the right to prevent you from using this program at any time in the future and for any reason.
Any additions, modifications or improvements made to the program shall automatically be covered by these Terms and Conditions.
The program and documentation is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Furthermore you agree that you will not take legal action against Kennedy Fox Pty Ltd for any perceived damages relating to or resulting from the use of this program. Kennedy Fox Pty Ltd expressly disclaim all other warranties of any kind including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and liability for inaccuracies, errors or omissions. In no way shall Kennedy Fox Pty Ltd be liable for any losses of property or any commercial damages resulting from the use of this product, including but not limited to special, incidental, consequential, or other damages.

These rights include, but are not limited to, patent, copyright, trade mark and design layouts and other information and intellectual property used to create the program.
You may not copy, or allow a third party to copy, modify, enhance, create derivative works from, reverse engineer or reverse assemble, disassemble, or decompile the program, or any other action to allow its whole or partial re-use by you or by others.
You may not rent, lease, lend, transfer assign or provide services to third parties unless you have written permission by Kennedy Fox Pty Ltd.
